Type: Default, Package, Custom Comments, Custom Comments Package, Buff Like, Check Link, Vip Like, Vip Comment, Vip Eye, Vip Eye New, Bot Like, Bot Comment, Bot Story, Bot Reply Inbox

description: description and desc contain the same service description (may include HTML), in the account's language.

refill / cancel: refill / cancel / dripfeed are returned as 1 (yes) or 0 (no); rate / min / max are returned as numbers.

Rate: Rate per 1000 units

Rate: Rate per 1 unit (for some services)
